1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The product includes all original components (box, bottle, seals, inserts)
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered perfume bottles are not eligible for return, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
2. Free Returns Within UAE
• We offer free return pickup within the UAE
• Once the return is approved, our logistics partner will arrange collection
• After inspection and approval, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days
3. Returns Outside UAE (International Orders)
• Returns for orders outside the UAE are accepted on a case-by-case basis
• Return shipping costs, customs duties, and any associated charges will be borne by the customer
• Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected
• Original shipping charges and customs fees are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
• A damaged product
• A wrong item
• A leaking bottle upon arrival
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or refund, including shipping.
5. Refund Method
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
• Gift cards or promotional discounts used in the order are non-refundable
6. Non-Returnable Items
• Used or opened perfumes (except in case of damage)
• Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective)
• Customized or special edition items (if applicable)
